1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PDF Craft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PDF Craft provides browser-based PDF tools — merging documents, converting images to PDF, encrypting files with a password, and removing password protection. Each operation consumes one credit from your account balance.

3. Credits

Credits are purchased in advance and are non-expiring. They are not transferable between accounts.

Refunds: Credits are non-refundable except where required by law, or where a technical error on our side caused a credit to be deducted without completing the operation. Contact support@pdf-craft.app within 7 days of the transaction for refund consideration.

4. Your files

You are responsible for the files you upload. By using PDF Craft you confirm that you have the legal right to process those files.

We do not claim ownership of your files. Processed output files are stored temporarily (24 hours) for download, then automatically deleted. We do not read, retain, or use your file content for any purpose other than completing the operation you requested.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PDF Craft to:

  • Process files you do not have the legal right to modify or distribute
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to abuse the credit system or circumvent rate limits
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

PDF Craft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The PDF Craft software, design, and brand are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
